Swedish infrastructure. Verified security.
Our data centers are in Sweden and use independent power feeds, resilient cooling, and multiple network connections. This page explains our approach to physical security, information security, and operational continuity.
Data centers in Eslöv, Ljungaverk, and Stockholm
Your data stays within Swedish borders. Our facilities are geographically separated across southern, northern, and central Sweden under Swedish jurisdiction.
Geographic location
Our data centers are in Eslöv, Ljungaverk, and Stockholm. The infrastructure is owned and operated locally under Swedish jurisdiction.
Data sovereignty
Customer data is processed in Sweden or within the EU/EEA according to the service configuration and agreement. Transfers outside this scope require an explicit lawful arrangement.
Regulatory framework
We comply with Swedish law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our information security management system is certified to ISO 27001.
Layered protection: physical, logical, and operational
Effective security depends on several layers working together. We combine physical safeguards, network security, and independent power feeds.
Physical security
Physical security includes controlled access, continuous video surveillance, and alarmed security zones. Access is logged and reviewed.
Network security
DDoS protection, firewalls, intrusion detection, and segmented VLANs. Traffic is isolated between customers and services.
Power supply
Independent A and B feeds, UPS systems, and backup generators provide resilience against utility power interruptions.
- Power (A and B feeds, UPS, and generators)
- Cooling (multiple cooling units)
- Network connectivity (multiple upstream operators)
- Access systems (biometrics, card readers, alarms)
Data protection and ongoing monitoring
Backup, monitoring, and recovery are included or available as add-ons, tailored to your service-management requirements.
Backup as an add-on service
Daily backup, seven days of rolling retention, and external copies are quoted separately. No hidden costs: you choose the protection level based on your requirements.
Note: Backup is not included by default. It is quoted separately as an add-on service with your chosen protection level.
External backup available as an add-on
Extended retention and a geographically separated copy for those who need a higher protection level.
Immutable storage
Protects backups against deletion and manipulation, even after a breach in the production environment.
24/7 monitoring of all host systems
The infrastructure is monitored around the clock. Alerts are triggered by conditions that may affect your operations.
Fast recovery after an incident
Recovery processes are documented. Recovery time depends on the selected service and agreed recovery objectives.
Geographically separated resilience within Sweden
Replication between Eslöv, Ljungaverk, and Stockholm is available without data leaving the country.
