What we can deliver

Build storage, backup, and recovery around your requirements - not from predefined packages.

Block storage volume

Resilient storage for servers, applications, or file systems, sized for the required capacity and performance.

Backup retention

Retention is set per customer and can be, for example, 7, 14, 30, or 90 days depending on RPO, regulatory requirements, and budget. Longer archiving is quoted separately.

External backup

Geographically separated backup with data stored within Swedish borders, so an incident in the primary environment does not have to affect the restore point.

Immutable storage

Immutable storage means backup copies are locked for the agreed period. This protects against ransomware, incorrect deletions, and accidental changes.

Recovery

Support for file-, volume-, or system-level recovery. Our technicians can assist with recovery during critical incidents.

Disaster recovery

DR setups with replication, secondary environments, and a clear recovery plan - quoted separately.

We can restore individual files, volumes, complete systems, or a secondary environment, depending on the agreed service level.

You verify the data and service before we hand over the environment or redirect production traffic.

RPO and RTO targets are agreed per customer. Achievable recovery depends on backup frequency, storage design, recovery method, and the support agreement.

Is backup included as standard?
No. Backup is an add-on and is quoted separately. The reason is that retention, RPO/RTO, and volume differ between customers.
Can the backup stay in Sweden?
Yes. External backup can be placed within Swedish borders - see Data centers & security.
Can you restore individual files?
Yes. Depending on the setup, we support file, volume, or system recovery. We help you choose the right level.
How long can retention be?
Retention is configurable. We offer periods ranging from short daily retention to long-term archiving, and the selected period affects pricing.
Can backup be added later?
Yes. Backup can be added later, but we recommend designing it during migration or initial implementation.
