Which services the terms apply to
The terms apply to Cygrids infrastructure, operations, support, and add-on services unless otherwise stated in a quote, order confirmation, or separate agreement.
Services and add-ons
The agreement terms may cover, for example, server operations, virtual environments, storage, backup, colocation, private cloud, support, and related consulting or operations services.
Order of documents
If a customer-specific agreement, quote, or appendix contains specific terms, that order applies as agreed by the parties.
