Review
We start with a free 30-60 minute technical review where we map your systems, dependencies, SLA requirements, data volumes, and time windows. The goal is to understand what you run, not to sell you a solution.
Migration plan
You receive a concrete migration plan as a document: responsibility boundaries, step-by-step timeline, risks and mitigations, rollback plan, cost estimate, and a recommended Cygrids setup. The plan is yours to review internally, and you decide when and whether to continue.
Move & verification
We carry out the move according to the plan, often in parallel first and then cut over during an agreed window. We verify functionality, performance, dependencies, and backup before you go live in production. If anything does not go as expected, the rollback plan is ready.
Operations & support
Once you are in production, we take over operations, monitoring, backup, and support according to the agreement. You get a named technical contact during the transition period and a weekly check-in for the first four weeks before we move into normal operations.
